    工作职责:

    Purpose of role

    Provision of an excellent support service is critical to the achievement of CDK’s strategic plans for growth and profitability. The Managed Services Engineer Platform will have expertise relating to a specified CDK product area and will serve as a point of escalation within the Managed Services Team for all Platform (Server & Storage) related projects and support requirements. Working as part of a team providing support and implementation services, you will assist other CDK teams and colleagues in dealing with technical and customer enquiries to achieve successful call closure.

    This role requires someone who has excellent technical skills in Server & Storage technologies. You will have a background working in a technical, problem solving customer service environment, and have experience of investigating and identifying solutions to a range of situations as well as the ability to handle allocated projects to completion. You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, are resourceful and well organised, and are prepared to take responsibility for successful issue resolution. You have a passion and commitment to providing service excellence

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Technical Issue Resolution - Analysing and resolving support cases and product issues, using analytical, technical or programming skills
    • Project Delivery - Providing implementation services to deploy a variety of Platform solutions and changes to existing customer systems and CDK infrastructure Globally
    • Customer Service Delivery - Responding with empathy to customers, dealing with their needs, and acknowledging their operational pressures and deadlines
    • Knowledge Transfer - Guiding, advising and coaching both colleagues and customers on issue and problem resolution
    • Documentation - Documenting solutions and producing written guidance on resolution steps and procedures
    • Technical Escalation – Ownership of technical issues, liaising with Product Owners, Technically mentoring other CDK teams and colleagues to ensure calls are accurately investigated and ensuring the cause and the symptom of problems are identified and resolved

    Engineer I

    • Good analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
    • Ability to efficiently plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
    • Good communication skills, including telephone, virtual methods, written, and verbal skills in local language and English
    • Good knowledge of Server & Storage Technologies and Operating Systems (Linux, AIX, Windows, VMWare Platforms)
    • Ability to work as part of a high- performing and cohesive team
    • Experience in a Customer Focussed Data Centre/Customer Services environment
    • Ability to interact with all levels of CDK Global customers and associates
    • Ability to adapt to fast changing priorities and workloads, and remain calm under pressure
