    工作职责:

    Responsible for engineering solutions to drive technology in the Windows Desktop and Server area, will work directly with other infrastructure teams (ex. Storage, Network) to align with our core infrastructure initiatives.

    He/She will be accountable for the integrity of the windows systems infrastructure environment, all activities related to production systems management and problem resolution, all related planning, scheduling, testing and coordination, the maintenance of DR, hardware and software inventories, troubleshooting and remediation, deployments and reporting through SCCM, and scripting automated solutions for any and all manual tasks.


    任职要求:

    Collaborates with technical and business staff to implement monitoring and/or reporting solutions that fit the requirements of the business.
    Designs, implements and monitors compliance using SCCM DCM.
    Collaborates in the design, operations and maintenance of the existing System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure.
    Responsible for monthly maintenance of OSD images and Task Sequences.
    Performs setup and management of monthly patching of Windows Desktops, VDI and Servers.
    Creates packaging and deployment of third party applications for Windows Windows Desktops, VDI and Servers
    Creates custom reports covering all areas of SCCM operations.
    Determines more complex industry best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
    Performs root cause analysis on more complex incidents/problems.
    Performs rotational after hours (on-call) support as needed.
    Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of SCCM Agents.
    Actively manages and analyses the performance and capacity management of the infrastructure
    Proactively contribute to Fidelity’s Cloud First strategy and assist with the goal to automate everything
    Proactively work with the global team to drive service improvement initiatives
    Ensures effective communication across the department and across geographically dispersed teams, including identifying new skills, skills gaps and working to improve overall team knowledge

    Experience and Qualifications Required

          Essential skills
    Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken
    Understanding of enterprise architectures and processes
    5+ years of experience with using BigFix IBM tools or SCCM and scripting and development tools, including Powershell, VBscript, or c#
    5+ years of experience using Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, and Group Policy
    5+ years of experience with hardware vendor software and toolsets, including HP, Dell, and Lenovo (Desktop)
    Knowledge of the impact of end user technology on business processes and analysing systems and processes that provide continuity, fault-tolerance, and rapid response capabilities
    Automates multiple environments utilizing automation solutions such as PowerShell, System Center Configuration Manager, System Center Orchestrator, Azure Service Management Automation, and/or API integrations.
