    工作职责:

    Operations
    Manage administrative and recruitment matters in consultation with the Hub/Regional Operations Leads and Hub Leads
    Act as Lease Administration representative in Dalian Hub and act as the primary contact for interaction with all parties (HR, Admin & etc.)
    Ensure that the Dalian Lease Administration team is engaged 
    Develop and maintain a library of best practice policies and procedures relating to Lease Administration in consultation with the Hub/Regional Operations Leads 
    Acting as a mentor and providing guidance when required to all members in Dalian Lease Administration Centre
    Ad hoc projects as directed by business
    Provide training to all members in Dalian Lease Administration Centre

    Functional
    Responsible for the day to day deliverables of the Lease Administration GSC team
    Responsible for managing a team of account staff (analysts, senior analysts and assistant managers)
    Responsible for the contract and fee structure and monthly billing process
    Able to transit and implement start up projects independently
    High level client and internal liaison regarding escalated matters as appropriate, decide when appropriate to further escalate 
    Able to provide solutions and strategies for client needs and concerns
    Able to understand the balance between the scope of works, the clients wants and needs, and the productivity required for profitability
    Providing strong leadership to reporting line and managing expectations within the team (performance, compensation and promotion)




    Post-Graduation (Commerce / Finance Background);
    A degree PMP / MBA is preferred 
    Overall industry experience required either in corporate environment or 3rd party service provider is 8-9 years and should have people management experience for a minimum of 3 years 
    Ability to read, write and speak good English and Chinese (Mandarin); advantage if able to read, write and speak good Korean or Japanese
    Knowledge of real estate leases and/or accounting would be useful;
    Strong attention to detail and good organizational, interpersonal skills required;
    Positive approach to meeting clients’ needs;
    Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel;
    Experience in using a property management/lease administration system is an advantage

    关键要求:

    1.******是英日韩三语, 英语要流利,日语和韩语读写良好,口语要求不高。

    2.有租赁合同管理经验。
