1）responsible for the overall IT operation in Shenzhen site, covering IT helpdesk operation, ticket/incident management, S1/S2 outage following up, RCA management, regular FO testing and etc.
2）To be the interface of IT department with the internal / external teams (project or clients), to manage the client expectation with the solid IT service overall. To run the local BMR call with the center lead, timely to follow up any IT issue or requests in this center.
3）To manage the local IT team as one team, to provide the regular guidance to the team for the work and performance assessment.
4）To be on shift operation, and to be standby on mobile phone at 7*24 for any emergency.
1）Good communication, presentation, team management and client management skill
2） Fluent English language skill
3）“Can Do”working attitude, can deliver the solid performance under the high pressure or in any critical time.
4）Strong technology skill with hybrid knowledge for Voice , Network with primary knowledge should be in Desktops , OS and Server
5）Get someone with good experience
6）Can lead the call for any troubleshooting
